Arike Ogunbowale is an NBA player in the Dallas Wings, a team that is part of the Women's National Basketball Association. Ogunbowale was a participant at her first 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship and 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship where she won gold medals. The 7th of July 2014 was the day she was selected for the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale has also been selected to the ACC All-Freshman Team for her first collegiate campaign. Kobe Bryant even thanked her for hitting multiple large shots in the NCCA Tournament.
